Yeah, I need to get their number so that I can call and see what happened to my $1000 EC deposit.If anybody has the number where I can call directly to the "office" next to the bank on campus, it would be appreciated.

the ross branch can't do jack. call the central offices:

call 767-255-1000 or 767-255-3133, and ask to get redirected to the portsmouth office.

porstmouth office is open Monday 8-5,
T-F, 8-4
Saturday 8-noon.

Wow, there is a Ross branch of C&W!?!?!!? You guys really lucked out. We used to have to go to Portsmouth and wait around for hours just to get any help. It may be the same in terms of waiting but at least its right on campus.

The refund takes a while, but it does arrive. They will mail it to the address you gave them when you closed your account. The Portsmouth office may even tell you to call the Roseau office. Stay on them and it will come faster.

No, it won't come unless you spend another 1,000 EC dollars on a long distance call waiting to speak to the one and only representative that is moping around over there to have them send your money back. I can't believe C&W regards themself a reputable communications corporation when they hold your money forever, hoping you've forgotten it. On top of that, they over charge you for things you never asked for.
