Hello, this forum had helped me in the past. Please give me good advice in what way to successfully pass this exam on my 3rd attempt. I have read kaplan book three time Q bank all 2100 questions, self study for last 9 months off and on, had a stressful 5th semester in the middle of the 1st attempt. used the Pass program for the 2nd attempt the dvd and lecture notes and found them very useful even in the exam I believed I had finally and and felt great about how the exam went, and then bam I failed with a 166/68 lower than my first exam of 171/70. I was numb for a day, and lost on how to proceed and to figure out what I doing wrong. Have always been a good test taking in the past until I met the big step 1. any suggestions will be helpful Thanks in advance.

Hi

I'm too am a third time taker of step 1. Since you have already used what I'm currently using - Pass that shoots down my suggestion. I have heard of a new review out there for us multiple failures. It's called Topper. They guarantee you will pass or your money back. I'm not affiliated w/their program. Just thought that I'd offer to you as an option.

Northwestern Medical Review is the best alternative. I am taking their upcoming course in August.

From what I 've heard Northwestern Medical Review is the best kept secret from International doctors. As far as I know Northwestern is very popular among american students and doctors. Good choice!
