Tina's has a variety of brands of rum for sale. Which one is the best in your opinion and why ? I understand different people have different priorities in rum attributes.

I tried last semester to get some rum from Dominica. One of my friends back in the States used to bring me some every time he went home to Dominica for holidays and such.
It was called Sea Moon Rum Punch. A clear bottle, pale green label that looked like a homemade printing job, amber liquor with lots of visible spices, etc., floating around in it. If you could find me some of that and ship it to Sint Maarten, I woud gladly pay you for your trouble. That stuff is da BOMB.
Haven't tried any other Dominican rums, but I am slightly partial to Old Brigand from Barbados. When I really want to start a bonfire in the old gut, Sunset Rum from St. Vincent is like a nuclear blast going off.
Anything I could get ya from Sint Maarten? I am assuming you guys have Cubanos there, but if not, I know a guy who make some sweet handrolls here for $3 each when you buy a box of 25. He'll even make 'em to specs - shape, length, diameter, etc. I like 'em better than Romeo y Julietas by far, and they are only slightly behind some of the Cohebas in my book. I think I'll get some nice Coheba #5s to take home with me this break... my boys will LOVE them! 8)
Ive been drinking some of thise Appleton White Rum which I think is from Jamica.
Its decent and not too expensive. Got it at Mr Ts.
