I miss GND

You may think I'm insane for saying this, but it's been two and half years since I left the caribbean and I really miss it now.

Of course, I was miserable at times while being there, but I've clearly gotten over that now.

Life was simple there....nice weather, beautiful place, just you and the books....not a lot of other responsibilities. It was peaceful.

I'm in NY now, and it's smelly, hot/humid, and crowded. And, there's the tension of residency/work....and hubby is always at work (IM resid). It ain't that great.

For those of you still in Grenada, really, enjoy it.

Thanks for the insight... reminds me of when I was on a Navy ship for a few months it was peaceful but when I was there I hated it, but now thats its over it was a fun time... nothing to do but sleep and read and relax until were told to get off and go fight a war... fun times I look forward to Grenada
