www.cards4students.com (http://www.cards4students.com)
It's what I use. There have been other posts on vonage/webcams etc. I'm sure the search function would yield some useful info.

vonage definately helps. i use that along with yahoo and do video conferencing.
cards4students is great... 20 cents a minute to the us. it's better than telcell which is about 85 cents a min

my question was not calling from the island but calling to the island. i have read in previous threads that some of the cell phone come with free incomming min if someone were to call me from the states does that free incomming min still apply.

hey,
your friend/gf/family can buy a phone card from cards4students.com also and they can call you and it is free for you because incoming calls are free
i think it costs them the same as if you were to use cards4students around 20 cents a minute
also, they can sign up with skype.com and buy some minutes (sold in $10 gives u alot of hours of talk time)--and they can call you via the internet and that is also free for you and like 5 cents a minute for them
they can do a search on google and you can find hundreds of calling cards from the states to the caribbean for good prices per minute--

u can also look at some of those calling cards they sell at corner markets. The rates could be listed under "Netherland Antilles." Some of those calling cards have awesome rates.
