Maybe you should clarify whether or not failing the same class more than once counts as one fail or two *raises eyebrow* Also, the numbers are likely low because up until last semester or so, if you were failing you could just withdrawl. They don't do that anymore much to the disdain of many, but it could still effect the number. Is that considered a sample bias? Better ask the Stats prof. :)

I doubt you will get anybody to admit they failded. Lots of people have failed the first two anatomy exams and I have yet to hear of a single person that did.

No, failing a test isn't that big of a deal. I failed a micro exam with a 55 percent. Just as long as you learn from your mistakes and do better next time.

OK. I got a 47.5 on my first Blevin's Physio test. But I bounced back and passed the class

No, failing a test isn't that big of a deal. I failed a micro exam with a 55 percent. Just as long as you learn from your mistakes and do better next time.

oops, I meant, LOWER THAT!
I got a 47 on the test micro.....i didnt study fungi.....oops. anyways i came within a couple points of honoring the class even after that.....stripping had nothing to do with it ;)
i heard from levator (during my 1st semester) that this person failed the first test and would end up honoring anatomy.

I honored my first couple of tests in anatomy and but ended up with a low B :-(
Alright, so I had a severe case of the flu for the the abdomen and arms and for the final I was drunk most of the week. But that's besides the point.

HA, I got you all beat with lowest exam grade. I got a 44 on my first Immuno exam and I still passed the class. I thought it would be a good idea to try to learn from the lecture and not read the book. Didn't work out so great.

No one shall ever know my biostats score. My biostats score is a tightly guarded secret locked away in Fort Knox. Rest assured, it is waaay lower than any score mentioned yet.

63 on secong biochem exam. then i averaged in the high 60's for immuno (that was nerve-racking....... even though i ended up with an 83 in the course...... god bless the homeworks..... back then they counted as 2 exams).

scary, but i can honestly say that my lowest score was a 63.
but immuno took years off my life worrying about my grade. having multiple failing tests in that class was a feeling that i wouldnt wish on my worst enemy.

I got a 53 on my clin path final. I only needed a 28 to get a B:)
Wow, from your days immuno hw counted as 2 exam grades? Our time it counted as 1 exam grades and I hear its much much less this semester.
it's only worth 5% of the total grade.

Same here, everyone counted on the hw rescuing them from not studying for the final!

i think a lot of ppl might fail micro one this semester. the last exam was 68 average.

No one's saying they had trouble with it. People are just saying how lazy they were in that class because of their HW boost grade.

it seems i made it policy to fail one test per semester:
1) first anatomy exam 66 or 68 can't remember but ended up very well. then biostats, i forgot to write the exam date and got to the midterm 30 minutes late. lets just say i needed a 96 on the final and i passed with a 71.
2) third immuno exam
3) third micro exam (59) good thing i got good grades on the previous 2. class avg for that one was a 55 i think.
4) first 2 pharm exams. silly my actually troed to learn the material using a book rather than "his" book
