how is russian medical education(specialisation)

this is dr riaz and i am looking for specialisation in interventional cardiology from europe.
i need to know that which european country offer such course with minimal requirements.
and i need to know which is the best medical/cardiology institute in russia.
and how is the russian medical education.

Russian med Education is one of the best in the world ...but many a time the foreign students who are admitted to such courses of education are not fit for it.....For cardilogy try the following institutes
1 MAPO st petersburg
2 Moscow Med Academy
3 PFU Faculty of medicine ,moscow
4 Pavlov St Petersburg

as far as Know for MAPO you will have to qualify a tough qualifying exam ...I donno about the others .....I personally Like PFU
