Saba grads can practice in all 50 states, except Kansas I think. Kansas requires a school to be in operation for a certain number of years before they will allow grads to be licensed, and last I heard Saba was still a year too young.

Texas looks at students on a case by case basis from all offshore schools....Saba has CA approval, NY approval...those are the biggest states. Honestly, I would look at the website of the state board of medical examiners for the state or states you might end up in and make certain Saba fulfills all their requirements for graduate medical education of physicians for license applicants. Doing a search about that state on valuemd might give you a start in the right direction.
The Federation of State Medical Boards web site has a directory to every state medical examiners web site at http://www.fsmb.org
It is really up to each student to keep tabs on the licensure rules, as they can change every time a medical board has a meeting. For example, Texas required a neurology rotation for the last several years, but now doesn't.

Regarding the program here, it is strenous and high quality. Facilities are more than adequate, with wireless internet the only thing we don't have available to students on campus.
The professors are tough but fair, and do listen to reasonable student suggestions, at least in first semester (I'm in first). One thing that did suprise me a bit is that here we have to learn histology, embryology, and anatomy in just 4 months...and it goes fast! And at the end you still need to brush up on stuff for the USMLE, like you would anywhere. So be prepared to work your tail off while keeping a cheerful attitude! 8)
