Because my roomate and i are sharing a one bdrm. we bought a brand new futon about one month ago. We are both leaving the island so have decided to sell it. We paid $200 CI, will sell for highest offer. It is solid black frame/cushion and very comfortable. Available on 8/12 or sometime that week.
