Stop IT!!! SEriously...Tommy K is doing such a wonderful service for us all by breaking down the complexities of this Exam and Clinicals. Why do you people bombard him with negativity?!
TommyK...don't listen to these people...delete their messages...do whatever you can, but DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. You are so well respected by those who actually understand that to be a good doctor is to ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE. What are these whiners doing in medicine anyhow??
To those people who have a problem with the TommyK posts...do you guys go around calling all the Kaplan Centers? For those who can afford Kaplan, they too give an inside scoop on how to solve USMLE questions...do you guys have a problem with that? NO, I bet you don't. So why the heck would you have a problem with somebody posting FOR FREE a breakdown of common cases in medicine?? Why are you bothering the guy with such negativity when he is doing such a service for so many?
People who can afford Kaplan and all these other other commercial prep courses also have an advantage over students who can't, but you know what? AT the end of the day, the studying is up to you. You can sit there and whine about this and that and how fair or unfair this or that is, but ultimately, it's not going to get your studying done. FAce it, life is unfair...some people can afford Kaplan, other people can't..some people will start to use Tommy's notes earlier in their preparation, other people will come across it later, some people may never even find it, but why is that Tommy's fault?? Is it Tommy's fault if you can't afford Kaplan also?? NO, i think not...That is just so absurd. Jeesh...I can barely even afford to buy my textbooks! I had to scape something together to get a Robbins and an older, used version at that! Is it my fault or anyone else's? Nope...it's just how things are.
Tommy, please continue with your posts...and may God bless you with happiness and success. I really hope you will not let this negativity deter you from the good work you've been doing and I really pray that whatever is going on in your life has a solution in the near future.
