I have gotten accepted to both AUC and Saba. I'm kind of confused where I should go. Which school as more organized and better clinicals? Can you please give me all the pros' cons of each school or just in general which is better to study medicine. I know St. Martan is a better island, but I have no preference which island it is on.

nobody here (ok...probably nobody) has gone to Saba and AUC to study medicine. It's one or the other. I can't answer your question...and I'm sure nobody else here can either in regards to 'quality of education'.
There have been 'attempts' to discuss this...search for the info. It's there somewhere.

I've visited both islands. Your life will be 100 times easier if you go to AUC. Saba is beautiful, but it is a HUGE pain to get around. Everything is a walk either STRAIGHT uphill, or STRAIGHT downhill. The island is only 5 square miles, but if you need to get to the other little villages you gotta drive or catch a ride, cause of the roads. Saba is very primitive feeling. The school is pretty decent, but small. You can only get fresh foods a couple of days a week, and the grocery stores don't have much, you have to make do. Water for a shower can be scarce cause you have to catch your own water in big collectors. Saba has smaller class sizes, which is a good thing.
AUC/St. Maarten is very Americanized. You can get basically anything you want at the stores. I'm not aware of water shortages on St. Maarten. AUC's name is better recognized than Saba's, so if you do get prejudiced for going to a Caribbean school, AUC will sound "better" (meaning less obscure) than Saba.
Basically, life on the island of St. Maarten is much better.

Whats worse is people unload everything when they get to school, wuts up with that? Take care of it at home. I don't want poop particles attaching to my olfactory nerves above my superior nasal conchas when I enter the restroom.
Please people use common sense here.

Congratulations! You've been accepted to both, so decide which school has more of what you'll looking for. As for me, I would go where there are more variety of profs and disciplines to learn from, and if lucky a great mentor/role model. go where there are more kids that may make me study harder, may push me you learn a bit more and maybe I can learn from them. I might think which progarm has the best probablity of success? Dan

That's right, use that head and neck knowledge! And what is the olfactory nerves attached to in your skull?

Isn't AUC better accreditted than Saba? I thought you couldn't get federal loans at Saba, which makes financing a little bit harder. Also, I wasn't sure if Saba graduates were able to practice in all 50 states, but I have no real knowledge on that subject.

How does sensation get from the Olfactory nerve to the smell center in the brain?
