I can't imagine they'd destroy a university for this. At most they'll be fined ALOT of money. But DeVry can float that. Maybe they'll need someone to be beheaded. So at most one person needs to take the fall. At the least, Ross can now say "But that was old management. We're now under new management." Either way, I've still got my 50/50 shot at being a doctor.(odds inclusive of death in the family, divorce, earthquake at my loan office, my just giving up or the advent of nuclear war)

if a person is illegal, he can't even enter usa through any airports. And I think that flying by air is the only way to get from dominica to usa. i can't image someone who finished 2 years of education at dominica would try to ride the boat, and flow away to the states.
therefore, i conclude that your accusation is not correct.

You can't imagine some one coming from Dominica with B1 visa(tourist visa) for three month, and then after three month the visa will be expired. but the person will still be envolved in clinical training!,and Rossknew about it.

well, if any visa that is expired, how will the immigrantion officers let the person into the states? that is impossible.

Maybe I can help, preppystud.
Imagine this scenario. Student to do a clinical rotation. Goes to US. Approaches US Customs. Student tells customs officer he is going for temporary study -- clinical rotation, 12 weeks. Gets a B1 visa for 12 weeks (divide by 4 weeks/month) equals 3 months. Student enters US. Student does clinical rotation. Student gets another appointment to another, say, 8 weeks rotation. Student still within US, starts second clinical without re-entering US for a new B1 visa.
Is this possible?

thanks dt for trying to help. you get a B1 visa (tourist visa) which from the name it is a tourist visa so it is for tourism not for education, so you using a tourist visa for education untill your visa get expired and then you contiue your clinical education with EXPIRED TOURIST VISA.

Isn't the B1 visa also a business visa, and that's what one uses to enter US for clinicals?
and why is this Ross's fault? they dont issue the visa, the student applies for it. if they enter the US on a B1 visa, they are not allowed to study, they are a tourist. This is a direct violation of their visa by them, and nobody else. not leaving at the end of the 3 months is another violation. they should be locked up. Ross doesnt have anything to do with a B1 visa. i dont recall ever being asked for my visa or citizenship status, maybe some neweer student who are doing the process could reply to that. but in the end, the fault is the STUDENT, and nobody else.

Nasir, I will remind you once again that there are no administrators reviewing this forum other than Dean Wagner here in Dominica. AGAIN, this is not your forum to communicate with those individuals. E-mail or call them personally.
Do you think that the university where you are would appreciate knowing that you use it to spam this forum? I'd assume not.

having a horrible time reading/deciphering "Nasir's" posts. I dont understand why people even bother responding to them? If there are no responses, they will slowly fall to the lower portions of the thread topics and will be forgotten. My response will bring it back up, but 1.) it was already near the top when I responded and 2.) hopefully people will read this and just stop responding anyway.

So, what you trying to tell me? you know my location! so what. I already indicated that Ross sent some one after me, so i know you know my location. In any case i know not providing viewers with my evidence made alot of people uncomfortable. So i'm in the process of scanning about 22 documents, and these documents support all the allegations i raised in this forum. I 'm just getting the technical support together at this time, then i will give an exact date.
can anyone say paranoid schizo?
