You do the workup like the CT, MRI for the surgeon for the previous case of OSTEOSARCOMA. What key enzyme, if ELEVATED, signals possible lung metastasis (very bad)...? This WAS on boards.















a) Patients with elevated alkaline phosphatase at diagnosis are more likely to have pulmonary metastases.
