hi friends,
i took my exam today.well what to say i look at some Q's and feel HEYY... i know this and then i look at few others and feel what r they asking for....):(:(: will i get thru??? well i felt the exam doable.most of the Q's i got r like Q bank Q'S.
1)most people were asking r they giving lot of CT's and MRI's i will say yah but only few r like 'identify the structure' remaining u can make it out of the Q stem.
2)anatomy were direct Q's and few clinical cases.
3)physio endocrines far more Q's than other systems.
4)pharmac half were direct Q's and remaining were graphs and experiment Q's.
5)micro were direct Q's
6)immuno most of them r from kaplan, those topics in the boxes.
7)beh sc same dr pt relationships,specificity,cohort study, case control and relative risk calculations.
8)biochem enzyme deficiencies (i could only say go thru all the cycles remember only main enzymes and its deficiency related diseases) rate limiting enzymes and what activate them and what inhibit them.
9)genetics:probability,heterozygosity calculations and inheritance.imprinting and anticipation.
10)molecular biology:mutations,western blot,transcriptional and translational steps.
i wrote few things i remember.if anybody have Q's pls ask i will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge.
