30 month old came down from fire stairs, bruises on the body, old healed fractures, left for baby sitter for the whole day
55 y.o. former dancer, pain in the lower back, smoker , postmenopausal ( osteoporosis)
A 38 y.o. female with shotness of breath, perihilar l/adenopathy ( PCP )
A 59 y.o. female with bleeding , ( 12 mm endometrial hplasia)
A 16 y.o. with polydypsia and polyuria ( DKA)
a 28 Y.O. with frequent urination ( pregnancy + UTI)
