Foreigner seeking US med education

Hello

I am a UK citizen and ideally want to study there, work there and end up there.
Only I'd like to travel a bit first, will a US education entitle me to work anywhere in the world? (A British education would everywhere except the US!)

So how do I go about becoming a doctor in the US given that I am a foreigner?

what sort of education do you have, A-level, Degree? most IS universities accept undergraduate degrees for enterance i think, such as a undergrad 3 year in Biochemistry or something? im from the UK too, but unless you have relatives in the US, or marry a US woman, no chance i dont think. :D
