From the posts that I have read, your USLME scores are the most important factor in obtaining a residency. So even if you dont go to a top caribbean school you can still get a residency. Is this correct?
Also, what if you start at a lesser quality medical school in the caribbean and then do well on the USLME 1, can you transfer to a better caribbean school for clinicals. How would this affect your chances to get a residency and then licensing?
