re: cable and wirless inet probs?

anyone having problems with their cable and wirelss internet lately?

me and my roommates are having issues - the bandwidth is garbage, and fluctuates. I've noticed that the same thing seems to happen at school. even in non "peak" periods.

anyone have suggestions on how I should deal with this. C&W just keeps giving us the run around, and telling us they're looking into it...... :(

Yeah I have a C&W DSL connection. It will be down for hours at a time, or I'll get really crappy bandwidth i.e. 4-5 kb/s. The most I've gotten is 30 kb/s.

I really haven't been able to get anything out of C&W either... I guess that's the benefits of a virtual monopoly. :-/
