did anyone save these on their computer?
the G drive doesn't have any old minis anymore.

I'm looking for a kind person to hook it up 8)
hopefully they're not too big to attach to emails ...

thanks

The minis that had been released are from a while back. Most of the professors are different. Also, they haven't released any minis since the 3rd and 4th semesters were integrated. So, I don't know how much fun they would be. If they will be of any help, you need to also get old semester 4 exams.

i just want to get a feel for the questions. I'm curious how much they differ from review/test book questions.
The pathology teacher gave the impression that the exam questions would be tricky, i.e. subtle difference between "correct" and 'almost-correct'.
Actually, he just said "read the questions carefully." Well, no kidding..... why tell us what we know already?...

I found that the semester 3 mini's almost completely worthless. There was no pharm on them. And like was said above a lot of profs have changed. Old mini's help for 1st and 2nd, but not 3rd. I'll tell you about 4rth when i'm done w/ it.

Ok. so they're worthless.

But how do real mini questions compare with review book usmle-type questions?

I have found that, at least for physio, that performance on BRS questions doesn't exactly translate into similar performance on the real mini's.

is this also the case with semester 3 exam questions, especially in behavioral?
the behavioral chair told us that BRS would give us a 'false sense of confidence'.
However, I looked at the 'required' Kaplan Synopsis in psych book, and it's huge! That thing is the Guyton of pyschiatry, and I'd rather not touch that at all.
