will Sr Chris ever implement the policy of dropping the lowest score of any exams of the students? also are there 3 exams and final for each class and if so, what percentage is each exam in order to determine the final grade

All exams count towards your final grade in the class. No exams are dropped.

3 exams and 1 final. The distribution depends on the class. It is typically 20% for each exam, 30% for the final and 10% for lab or some type of research paper or report.

We used to have the drop policy last term.
It was removed because several "clowns" in our school abused the policy.
The college decided to remove it and make it harder on the students.
