MBBS vs MD... what should I do?

hey yall!!
i got accepted into 2nd yr premed at sgu ...i m just debating ..if it is a gud choice to go there and finish the rest of my pre med ??? or is it not worth the money ??
or should i just finsih pre med somewhere and take the MCAT and then apply to SGU...

Finish premed in UK or where have you...SGU isn't that hard to get in...Unless you don't plan to take the MCAT -- a bad idea, won't ever recommend it...
