Is there a dental office anywhere located on SABA? And does anyone happen to know if the school's health insurance will cover for any dental work? Thanks.

There is no dental on the island and the Insurance is major medical only which means if something really bad happens to you, you can get flown off the island to a real hospital. I would recommend scheduling dental appts when you are home on break.

I think there is a dentist who visits occasionally, but nothing you can count on in a emergency.

I had pretty good luck with a dentist in French SXM. Insurance didn't cover it, but the cost was very reasonable.

The French dentist comes to Saba every Thursday. You need to call the goveernment center at 416-3311 to make an appointment. Hi s fees are comparable to US dental office and very clean. You will like him.
