Starting with the Good:
1- Affordable tuition. So you don't lose much even if you don't make it.
2- Nice Island. It's not that great but is sure beats Dominica and Grenada.
3- Very diverse Student body.
4- Good faculty to student ratio. This is both good and bad. Sometimes good because you have easy access. Sometimes bad because some profs, you do not want in your site.
5- Long history. One of the oldest schools from the time of Ross/AUC/SGU. 25 years old.
6- Some really amazing grads: Residents and physicians at Harvard, Yale, Mayo and beyond...
The Bad:
1- Licensure, licensure, licensure. If you cannot get state licensure then your medical school education is not respected and your degree means nothing.
2- Non-user-friendly administration
3- Poor PR
4- Have I mentioned licensure yet??? That is the most important thing for prospective students because assuming that you are a good student and you will study hard and pass your boards, that is what your future is going to depend on. Good luck, -s&a
