sorry i dont have a direct answer for the island development , but if you have a digi cam, why not just store them on you laptop till you go back home (aka US, assumming) and just take them to Walmart for $0.26 per or if there is a better place... most likely cheaper in the US though

if you wanna share, theres no easier way then digital :)

I'm also unsure about local photo shops, but I do know that some people order digital prints through YorkPhoto or OFoto and have them sent to St. Maarten. I'm not sure whether these companies ship internationally, but you can use The Mailbox service.

no it aint cheap. I want to say around $1.50 per photo. My gf mails home a cd thru the registrar to her mom who does it at eckerds and then sends the photos to her.....itd still be cheaper than gettin them developed here

We have a photo printer that gets little use in TX b/c it's more expensive to use than WalMart at $0.19 a print...

maybe costuless or office depot (not office max) however it would prob be really expensive. Office depot wanted to sell me a dvdr for 6 bucks.....
