I hiked up to the new dorms for lack of anything to do....
1. It is a heck of a walk, unless you're going to climb down through the rainwater collector, you have a nice roundabout way of getting to school. With a huge hill that make the matthew dorm hill look tiny.
2. The first floor interior is done- kinda, still need to paint and furnish.
3. Top floor is far from done- needs plumbing, electric, tile....
4. The site is far from safe- rebar all over, no railings on the porch, need to pave the driveway still.
You're out of luck may class, I don't think its' getting done.....
