Salutations:

I was simply wondering if anyone knows if it is easier to get into a U.S. medical school or a Canadian medical school? For those of you who have applied to both, which would you say has tougher requirements? I know it varies by specific medical schools per se, but if you can simply tell me some of your experiences I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I heard that it is very competitive for non-canadian citizens to get into canadian medical schools.

Yes, it's way more competitive to get into a Canadian med school than most U.S. med schools. Most don't even accept non-Canadians. Many rejected Canadians try to get into American med schools.
