I graduated undergrad without prereqs, and I am now taking the prereqs at various state and city colleges in New York. How do admissions offers view classes taken from a bunch of schools. I am doing well 3.5 plus in the classes, but I am concerned that they will view my transient behavior as a red flag. Thanks for the info...

I dont think it will matter as long as you are not moving around from school to school due to academic or other disciplinary reasons.

Are you applying to a US or foreign school? I have heard of medical schools(and veterinary schools for that matter) being wary of that behavior. Depends if you went from a 4-year school to a community college. Reason being that community colleges have a rep for being easier than their 4-year counter-parts (e.g. Going from University of Miami to Miami-Dade Community College). If it looks like you are avoiding the challenge it might put up a flag. They look at how you handle rigorous classes and class load to decide on how you will handle a medical curriculum. Either way be prepared to answer about the bouncing around during an interview. Saying you heard the classes were easier at XXXX would probably not be the best answer. Also, I'm not sure how the MCAT score would factor in or if it would matter at all.
