Hey Guys,
For those who haven't been in Grenada, St. George's, here is the link you can see it live from two different camera side.

Ricohmm would have been good during the hurricain. I fogot about the cam then.

Power was the first thing that went, so I doubt it would have done you any good...

true story,
during the hurricane, our power went out, water got turned off, lost all utilities. BUT. believe it or not my DSL line still worked and i was able to track the storm from the bathroom the 3 of us were cowering in... it was a miracle. and, we had the only working phone in grand anse. i dont know why i put this here but the hurricane topic showed up

Call cable and wireless and for about $1000 EC you'll soon have DSL in grand anse. the problem now is that the servers in each building in GA is only designed to handle 5-10 computers, and because there are 6-7 student rooms capable of picking up the signal, and thesees people are always online, no one else gets a chance to get on.
Then again maybe all the cackroaches and rats are somehow interfering with the signal.

I agree. In many ways it's worse now than before we got internet. Before, we KNEW we had to go to campus to get online. Now there's that tiny glimmer of hope, "Maybe it will work tonight!" Of course, it never does and we end up having to catch a bus to campus anyway.

no, i wasnt living in the grand anse dorms. they evacuated that entirely before the hurricane. i was living across the street from spiceland mall a little bit up the hill.

i guess i guessed right today and the internet on GA is working...i hope it will work again tomo...
