Salutations:

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem:

SABA needs a record of your immunization record before admittance. However, I lost mines (you know, those big yellow cards) and thus don't have any record of my immunization. I tried calling the schools that I have attended but they too don't seem to have my records. So does anyone know if it is safe to redo all the shots required? I am not necessarily looking forward to this, but if all else fails, I would have to get the required shots all over again. Has anyone gone through this and if so, can I simply walk into a clinic and ask for the shots? Thanks.

Call your state health department they should keep records. My primary care physician was able to complete my records by doing so. Also, try calling you pediatrician (spelled that wrong).

For Canadians is easy...you just call the goverment health agency and they have all the records..and you can order the record........don't know how it works with U.S.....

Please, how many shots are we expected to take for each sickness or disease. Also the immunization is it against what specific disease? I still have my yellow card for over 20 years now despite I had taken new shots recently in my state of residence now.

Regards!
