If you want to practice in California, go to a school that has been approved by them. It isn't rocket science. Good heavens, there is always someone looking for a shortcut or an angle. Put that kind of effort into meeting the standard and you'll go far.

Have fun pounding your head against the judicial wall. The laws that existed in OK and and the ones in CA are nowhere near the same. I suggest that you do some research before tilting at windmills. While Don Quixote was a great story, I suggest you find a better hero to emulate.

Meet the dang standard! It really is that simple. Start at the top of the CA list and work your way down, checking things off as you comply. When you have a checkmark by each item, invite the team for a visit. SIMPLE!

In respone to the question of animosity, I get tired of people who walk into things knowingly and then complain that they got hosed. Did you not know that Spartan wasn't CA approved? Shame on you if you didn't know it and shame on you for whining now if you did know it.

ABC, easy as 123, blah, blah, blah. Meet the standard and you can practice in CA. This is not discriminatory unless you believe in a medical practice entitlement welfare system. CA is doing due diligence in visiting and evaluating schools. If you want to be a part of the system, you must join the system. Comprende?

Why did you start this as a new thread?
