Flamboyant Apartment ??

Hi guys,

Has any of you guys stayed at the Flamboyant Apartment Apartment?? I will be going to Ross for th Sept 05 class and in the hunt for a place to stay. Please let me know what this apartment is like and how far is it from the campus. Thanks.

I have not lived there but I can tell you a little about them. They are very nice, judging from the one I saw. The apartment I was in was on the second floor and had a balcony off the kitchen area and off the bedroom. Im almost certain it had hot water thru out. It includes maid service once maybe twice a week. It is a 5 min (tops) walk from school. There are only students living around you and many other apartment buildings in the area. I would consider it very safe. There is also a chinese rest. and indian rest. right up the road.

regarding flamboynat apts...i live ther now.

it's a nice place to live. all apts are one bdrm. they are all arranged and furnished differently. make sure you don't get the first floor apt. most first floor apts in dominca get lots of bugs! also for security reasons it's better to live on the higher floors.

generally it really is a nice place to live. ppl come to clean 3x/week. like most places you have to bother the landlord to get stuff done, but it will get done in time.

it's very close to campus. less than a five minute walk. i go home for lunch and dinner all the time and feel safe walking home by myslef at night.

I dont live their but i have been to them a few times. True they are nice but in my opinion they are rather small and there is a reason why so many are open even though they are in a prime location (right next to school). I think they are a little overpriced for their size.
