my biggest reason was reputation. even in canada lots of people knew about SGU. i never learned about Ross until a saw it on networks54.

my main reason for choosing sgu, and i have been to the a few of the other island schools, is that it has a very strong alumni base. especially in NY. as far as everything else, infrastructure etc, from what i have seen the schools are about the same.

I was ready to give up, and a new doctor started at the hospital I was working at, he was very good, and the rest of the staff loved him. He reccommended SGU to me, and was a student here as well. That and their USMLE stats.

I got into both SGU and Spartan, and wanted to go to spartan, but my mom's doctor recommended that I go to SGU, cause it is supposed to have the better reputation. Go figure.
