10,200 for tuition (unless changed)
300.00-1000.00 us per month for rent
100.00- 800.00 ec per month for electricity.
30.00 ec per day meals (for 3 meals)
12-17.00 week laundry.

Its all variable. If you cook it will be less, if you dont run the AC then ur light bill will be on the low end.

Alot is dependent on how you like to live inDOminica but especially when you get to Miami and New York. If you can share and apartment your csts are less. I fyou like the privacy of living alone it will cost more than theestimates. There are many lousy areas to live in in New York. For my son safety comes first. If he has to pay off another$10,000 in loans so be it.
