dentist on island?

I understand that students do pay for medical insurance...but what about dental insurance? For the period that students remain on the island for school what are options for seeking a dentist for teeth cleaning or any dental emergencies?

Dental services are not included in the School's student health insurance.

In case of an emergency, there are a couple of reputable dentists on island. Students and faculty have used them and there have been no complaints or problems. Most students wait to have prophylactic work done by there dentist in the states but, again, some faculty have used local dentists for these services and have found their work to be satisfactory.
