How is Jackson Park Hospital acgme certified?

I was looking the hospital up on freida and it shows that it has no medical school affilations and only a FP residency.

for ACGME, technically, all you need is a residency. but JPH is affiliated with Chicago med school(whiuch changed its name, and I cant remember it now). CMH rarely uses that location, usually the US students you see there were from Rush or UIC when I was there.
