I heard from one person that this may be true. Can more people confirm this? Having the customs agent on campus would save time and money. I am also assuming that my carrier (usps) will ship my materials directly to the Ross campus. I also heard from another person that fees are charged PER DAY ($25) for holding your stuff before you arrive.
When my daughter had stuff delivered she was never charged for holding, but I sent the stuff through the US Postal Service, because they were more reliable. I can't imagine the Dominican gov. paying for an agent to only be on campus, but you never know.

they have expanded the postal room in the library building (next to the computer area) to included a package holding area and a customs window specifically for that purpose.
