Salutations:

Are all of Ross's clinicals greenbook approved? I am wondering since it would be tough to obtain a residency afterwards if one did his clinicals in a non-approved site. Thanks.

Not all of the Ross core rotations are "green book." And it also depends on the state as to which they'll accept. For example, California requires that at the least, the hospital has a family practice residency. If it does, all rotations done in that hospital are good even if there isn't a residency in any other specialty.

You can also go to FREIDA to check on what residency programs at at Ross's affiliated hospitals.

Aren't there Ross graduates practicing medicine in every state in the US? If so, then wouldn't that mean that all rotations are "greenbook" approved? Maybe i'm mistaken..but that does make sense does it not.

Yes, there are Ross grads everywhere. So if you want or planning to apply to a certain state, you can request that all your rotations be done at "approved" programs. For example, Pennsylvania does not accept rotations done at DO programs and Ross has a couple rotations at DO programs. So if you do plan on practicing in PA, request to be placed at non-DO programs. If you plan on practicing in Connecticut, request that all your rotations be done at ACGME programs. Otherwise, the clinical advisor has freedom to place you anywhere they want.

Again, the best way I've found to determine what core rotations are affiliated with a residency program is to go on Freida, look up the hospital, and it will tell you what programs they sponsor and what programs are affiliated with them, and what kind of med school affiliations they have.
