I can see you’re a newcomer on the site, so I’ll try to save you from a hailstorm of rhetoric. Research the last couple months of threads, as it has been thoroughly covered. You’ll find several entries pertaining to the subject. Hopefully, these will answer most of your questions. Take care.

if SMU reapplies for california, and they get it, will that carry over to all graduates from SMU (including those that transfered?) thanks.

that has also been recently discussed on one of these threads.
In short, it is unknown whether or not it will carry over to all grads. The degree of retroactive approval will be at the discretion of the Cali State Medical Board. They will determine which grads will be approved and how far back the approval will go. As such nothing is guaranteed, so dont bank on it covering everyone (example, not all SABA grads were approved only ones that matriculated 2001? and onwards).
For more detailed info, best bet would be to contact the cali board directly by email of phone.
