Scheduling Rotations

Will Ross allow me to provide some input with respect to scheduling rotations? I mean can I request my advisor that i would like this hospital for this rotation and that hospital for that rotation etc? If so, how do I begin the process. Is there something I can do when I fax in my step 1 score report to the office. Please guide how you went about scheduling your rotations.
