I was wondering if it is better to do MBBS from country like Australia or UK and then come to US and do USMLE and get licensed, OR is it better to do MD from a foreign country like Dominica, with clinicals in US, and then do USMLE and get licensed?

I'd venture to say the MD from a caribbean school with clinicals in the US because this way you get exposure to the US system of medicine.

Australia and UK have great school systems, but their aim are to produce physicians for their respective countries, not the US.
Carribbean schools, for the most part, are aimed at producing US physicians.

I agree! The big advantage of carribean schools like Ross, is that clinicals are done in the USA.

In the future if a doctors qualifications, lawsuits filed etc. can be requested at a charge..and the document DOES state where the clinicals were done at. THe basic sciences are not given importance at all.
