International Warranty for dell

Hi everyone!,
I was wondering if i needed the international warranty if i get a dell. i just want to purchase through dell home since it has an awesome discount coupon, but if i do so, there is no international warranty. could i just get a "at-home service warranty" and the dell reps at sxm will uphold it? any thoughts, opinions, and suggestions are always appreciated! thanks again for all the helpful info my friends! :D

i lost my mother board on my dell when i was in fourth semester. there is a dell verified service center in phillisburg that will honor the dell warranties but only if you have an international or latin america based warranty through dell. i did not have that so i had to bring it home during the break and get it fixed there.
