hey drj2b,
I attended the open house in NYC yesterday. JP stated it is now 26. But he also spoke of a student, which I now believe is in his residency and he is 52.

OK Billy, you got me by two months; 35 in August. And J2B, I think you'll be in good company. So what if we waited oh...a decade to
start med school? At least we're sure of it now!

The average is in the mid-20s, but there are many exceptions.

What's up benjie,
Sounds like we're gona have to start a "balding young men" support group. I'm 23 and I've lost much more hair than I should have at this point! Even though I keep my hair short, you can still tell! :P

My hair also was way to smart to remain on my silly had. It's almost all, but gone (with the wind).
So hair folicle challenge accepted.
BTW. I'm not only the president, I'm also a client....he he!!!

Hey Drj2b,
my 36th birthday has passed last month. & I still in this school. So don't worry about your age. Just focus on your goal & dream. It's never been late to finish your dream. Life is still waiting for you in front

As I knock on the the closest piece of wood...I'm not bald and I don't plan to be anytime soon. I just hope I don't pull out my hair while I'm in school.

Jeep Guy,
you know it is a sex-linked trait!!! so if your mom's dad is bald, you'd better get some rogaine!! have a good day!!!!!

I'll be 30 this coming July. I have a full head of hair, and my mother's father was relatively bald. But I'm expecting that nature and stress will take over once I'm in med school.

Balding is a recessive trait, and since it is sex linked and the recessive allele is carried on the X chromosome, it can come from either your father or the mother.
Wait, my bad, if you're a guy it can only only come from your mother. But only because your mother's father was bald, dont mean you have to be.

Although there seems to be a correlation between your maternal grandfather and baldness, however, I don't believe it has ever been shown to obey that pattern. For example, I have two maternal uncles...one is completely bald and one has a full head of hair. I, for one, hope that the trait comes from the maternal grandfather, but if I eventually lose my hair...oh well, it happens.
By the way, how did we get on this topic again?

I have a Dell 5150 I bought new for use in med school at MUA in Nevis. I don't recommend Dell. The students here have had less problems with Toshiba computers. Apparently, they can withstand the island environment better than most.
BTW, I am not follicley challenged. The last year in medical school has really caused my forehead to get longer though.

Hey ol' man, does Remulak mean anything to you?
Do you find yourself consuming mass quantities?
I might be wrong, but chances are that you're a conehead...imagine that
