Thanks for clicking, well I'm going to get right to the point. My GPA is absolutely horrible, at the moment it's at 2.2. I really really want to get into a medical school in the United States. At the moment, I have approximately 45+ credits to go before I graduate. I plan on taking 2 Biology classes I did bad in & the 1st Organic Chemistry class over. I'm praying that I can bring up my grades.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm losing interest or if it's due to pressure from my parents. It's been my dream to get into medical school. If somebody, has been in my situation or has any useful information to present, I'd appreciate it.

It seems from your post that you may be having doubts about medicine. I would highly recommend you sit down and sort through them before you commit yourself to continue.
One thing I've learned never to say is "never". You are doing the right thing by re-taking courses in which you have done poorly. In the meantime, make sure you do well in everything else you take. You should also go ahead and get ready for the MCAT. A stellar MCAT (I'm talking 35 and upwards) would likely get you an interview. Once you get in the door, be ready to dazzle the admissions committee with all your glowing accomplishments and your "passion for medicine". In short, you need to step it up a notch if you really want to get into a US school.
Best of Luck!

Thanks a lot for the information. My weak spot is Chemistry, are there any books that you suggest I use to do problems & get a good understanding of Chemistry. Thanks for your input.

I teach high school and college chemistry.
Many college profs swear by the chemistry text by Morrison for organic. It's very good and to the point, but very dry with only black and white illustrations. It has lots of practice problems, and if you do them all until you are sick of them, they become second nature.
If you need help with the basics, one of the best new basic chemistry books I've ever seen is the most recent high school chemistry book published by Glencoe...it helps students learn chemistry in a fast and fun way with lots of photos and real-world applications to keep you interested.
Don't laugh, I know it's a high school book, but it is great for laying the foundation and ALL the info you need to know about general chem is in there. I wish I had this book 15 years ago! It comes with two supplemental practice problem guides.
The main thing about a chemistry class is, People who are good at Biology (like me) think, "oh, it's science, I can just pick it up". Uh-uh.
You need to approach it like it's a math class. Do all the practice problems and questions you can in every chapter.
Do some work every night until it's second nature, like math, practice is necessary.
