Elective

Hello,

I am a 2nd year medical student from Canada and I would be interested in doing a 4-week elective in july in ER or internal medicine in Belize. I would like to know if there are special hospitals or university resources that I could contact.
Also, I am a solo-female... Are there any special shared accommodations with other students, local or foreign?

some of the professors have their own clinics. Maybe it would be better contacting them directly. Their emails are on the school website at http://mua.edu.bz/?id=faculty. Also, maybe you'd want to contact the school to make further arrangements. good luck.
