Sorry to tell you, his/her story about the Orange County PCP is a lie, and he/she changed that story a few times before letting it go.

you should concentrate your efforts on asking the school to prepare and go thru the CA application process and not by trying to find alleged CA licensed Spartan grad and if its true he/she will be subject to harrassments.In the past Carribean school is a carribean school,now things are different,each school treated individually and with TX new laws,CA old laws,and many other states looking at each school now ,I think only few will make it.Its sad that some schools are not investing in the future of their institution by ignoring the calls to apply to states that giving them an opportunity to be approved like NY and CA using excuses like too expansive [if you can't pay for review that is to sad] but the real issue is they are afraid that they will not pass a site visit [faculty ,admissions,and facilities issues].Yes its not fair that 1600 international schools are not required a site visits and laws applied only on few but what everyone asking [state boards]is also fair.spartan keep losing things like CA,stafford,other states recent one TN,even due to the Government slow response were downgraded [the country of St Lucia]from compatability to limited compatability by the DOE when most Islands are ok.Its very sad that if a student or grad applies for a job and the officials at any institution does yahoo search about SHSU they get Spartan website and under it on the page "Banned MD's]article.The first step is to work on school image and investing on US faculty.
