I have already researched this to a degree on this forum and I even made a phone call to the school yesterday....but I wasn't satified with the answer she gave me (granted she was busy at the time). I wanted to know the sites that you could essentially do all your cores at? I ask if there was a list that they could send to accepted students....the answer was no. She said the sites are subject to change but off the top of her head she thought GA was one site where you could do all cores.
From a past post I read JP had stated Chicago, Saginaw, New York City, and West Virginia were sites were you could do all cores (I believe that's right). Please correct me if I'm wrong or if there has been any updates.
Also, are all these sites greenbook and if not which ones are :?:

check the website. there's a lot, ...from my understanding you can do them almost anywhere if you get permission from the school first.

I'm not sure you understood the question. I know they have the list of clinical rotation sites on their web page (I've seen it many times), but they do not specify which sites if any you can do all your core rotations at!!!
Not to mention which ones are greenbook....I don't know maybe this is something I'm suppose to figure out myself. But I do know the other school that I was excepted to listed which of the clinical rotations sites were all core and what rotations were at each site.
You need to have this kind of information when you're trying to make an informed decision.... like which school to attend :!:
Also, I'd like to ask, what in the world do you do when you have to go from rotation or state to state. Who finds you a place to live. Do you basically have to scramble around in between rotations and find a place to live in unfamiliar territory....someplace you've probably never heard of much less been to??
I just want to go into the deep end with my eyes wide open.
Yes, you will need to move around or you will risk wait periods in between rotations. You do also have to find your own places to live, but you are a grown up so you should be able to handle it. As far as green book goes, you need to double check every rotation you do before going there. EVERY IMG does this from every school. I have met a lot of IMG's from different schools and we all do the same things and have the same frustrations. It really is amazing how similiar we all are. Pick a school that you think you will be happy at. That's it. All of us from different schools complain about moving, not being able to get in touch with school admin, late loan checks, expensive housing because of short term leases and having a crappy time with a lot of drama on the islands mixed in with some good times. IT SERIOUSLY IS ALL THE SAME BUT CAYMAN WAS A HELL OF A LOT NICER!!! More expensive though so what ever you find most important to you, pick the school that meets your needs.
Good luck!

All cores are available in Chicago, Saginaw, New York City, Atlanta, Orlando, West Virginia (rural health care system), London, and Sligo.
I don't have the "green" sheets with me, and I can't remember all of the "all green cores with no moving". I know Saginaw, WV, NY, London, and Sligo, but I can't remember about the others.
All based on number of students requesting a specific site at any given point.
