on what basis does manipal give admissions to NRI's? is it first application gets the admission, or is it merit status as well? i called manipal and they said they accept about 150 students per year out of about 1000 applications. does that mean they accept the first 150 that apply or the 150 with the best academic performances?

I believe they base their admission on merit standing on their entrance examination.

when do they have their next entrance examinations? and they are all based on bio,chem,phys,english? also, what type of test is it? multiple choice or question answer?
