Hi guys,
I have a question about the funds????I don't have any extra $$$$$$$$$ to finance my medical education and I would have to rely on loans.
I believe that Teri is the only option available. So, do u think that $37500/year would be a reasonable amount.
Thanks

If you can get a co-signer then teri will give you 45000 every two semesters for a total of 67500. That should be plenty of money. I did a budget based on just the normal amount of 37500 a year, and for a single person. that should be enough and to spare. A family may be a little tight.

TERI's max is $45,000 for every two semester with co-signer, but SABA will limit you with their cost of education estimation, which is much lower. I think it is about $13,500 per semester for single student making it about $40,500 per year. There is $1,000 for spouse and $800 for per child allowance per semester, which will add to the total amount if you'r married and have children. Check with FA office at Gardner.

37500/year will be a resonable amount if you are a single individual living on the rock. But if you are bringing family along then you should look for more finances....
