general questions

Sorry guys...i have a few questions if someone could answer....JP...i was on an html chat so i didnt get to talk to u much at 9 during the chat event.
1) if, god forbid, you dont get the loan from teri, are there other ways to finance your meidcal schooling.
2) jp you might have answered this, but is it better to start January 06 or August 05.
3) should i start reading for some of these courses in advance

1) a question that no one seems to know the answer too. Get creative? Beg? Plead? Find a co-signer.
2) May start allows for the longest time period for studying for the USMLE
3) Deferred, since I haven't started yet! Anyone? Personally, I have been memorzing Netter's Anatomy cards, mainly because I haven't been in school for a while, and I want to be prepared in advance. Many have suggested that you enjoy your free time now; you'll be busy enough when school begins.

thanx for the reply. and jan would be the better class? I think jp said i would end in fall of 2009 and start match in 2010, so that would give me a semester to study for usmle, as is my understanding.

If you start in Jan, you could take the optional National Board semester and still be on track for the 2010 Match.

As for the other questions, I'll let those that have done it answer them.
