Do MD/MHSA students have problems w/ Canadian licensing?

Do MD/MHSA students have problems w/ Canadian licensing seeing as they spend semesters 4 and 5 in maine? Are there any MD/MHSA graduates in Canada (specifically Ontario) currently?

I'm not familiar with the specifics on the MD/MHSA and Canada, but I do know that FMGs in general have a hard time getting residencies and licensing in Canada(there are very, very few spaces reserved for foreign grads) , even in places like Newfoundland or the prairie provinces. Someone please do correct me if I'm wrong.

To the best of my knowledge, we have not had anyone apply for a license in any province yet. From reading the requirements and talking to other foreign grads that have attempted Canada, your difficulties would arise from being a foriegn grad, not from the Master's.
